Prior to joining RTCT, Dr. Holmes was a Program Manager at the Center for Creative Leadership where she led the design team responsible for the development of Leading a Quality Culture: Beyond the Plateau (LQC), a program that focused on leadership within the context of total quality management.
Dr. Holmes is skilled at conducting diversity capability assessments and providing training and consulting services in the areas of change management, strategic diversity management, creative problem solving and leadership development. She is particularly noted for helping organizations establish and develop Diversity Councils.
