This is a facilitated session with key organizational leaders, conducted by Dr. R. Roosevelt Thomas, Jr. It is designed to provide insight into the business rationale and benefits of taking a strategic rather than event-driven approach to diversity management. It gives leaders an understanding of the evolution of diversity management practice from the traditional approach based on a social justice agenda, to the current diversity management strategy needs of domestic and global companies.
