Methodology & Benefits

Through a series of questions at each step, My Diversity Manager™ (MDM™) enables the participant to work through day-to-day challenges that naturally occur in the workplace. Participants gain valuable insights into different perspectives about the issue, and are prompted to clarify key elements of the challenge. This results in better-quality decisions as well as strategies for managing supports and barriers they may face as they work towards successful resolution. In addition, the process fosters collaborative dialogue.

Format 

The online version features a framework for learners to follow, with prompting questions and input fields to enter key information along the way. A step-by-step assist function, completed case examples and an on-demand automated coach are integrated in the tool for easy access to guidance and advice in completing the MDM™. The learner is able to save, file and update or print their MDM™ for each challenge they face.
