The business rationale for developing diversity management capability
The principles, tools, and behaviors required for developing diversity management capability (dealing with diversity tension, intent vs impact, building trust, recognizing cultural levers for creating a productive environment, etc.)
Practice in applying a decision-making framework, that can be used to make quality decisions with any diversity challenge, to a real-time issue
The process for designing a strategic diversity management plan.
