Train-the-Trainer Qualification Program

The objective of our Train-the-Trainer qualification process is to develop internal expertise to provide diversity management education and training for members of the organization.

The rigor of this qualification process ensures that participants are capable and well prepared to deliver our concepts, principles and diversity management skills accurately and effectively.

Our program, which includes three days of training, co-facilitation and observation for qualification, consists of the following elements:
Participation in the program, presented by our Master Trainers
A “grounding” session around diversity and what it means to facilitate diversity programs
Review of facilitator guide and assignment of teach-back responsibilities
Practice teaching and exploration of Tough Situations/Challenging Questions
Determination of logistics, identification of next steps, scheduling, etc.
Co-facilitation: Client facilitator co-facilitates the program with one of our facilitators
Solo facilitation: Client facilitator solo-facilitates the program with our facilitator observing
  Determination of qualification of participants.

Train-the-Trainer is an economical and effective option when you are rolling out wide-scale diversity training initiatives, have a large employee base and/or have a multiple-location workforce. It is also an excellent retention and career-pathing tool for high potentials.
