Training Services

Our approach combines traditional training, measurements and coaching with highly interactive eLearning modules, including tools and action plans that create a continuum of learning and improved decision-making. Through the use of technology, your organization's diversity orientation and efforts can be measured, reported and analyzed, resulting in improved and targeted training to enhance performance and productivity.

The goal of our learning and development programs is to help senior leaders, managers and individual contributors:
 Understand the distinction between diversity, inclusion, diversity management and diversity dynamics
 Understand their own roles and responsibilities for managing diversity
 Learn to work through diversity dynamics (tension and complexity)
 Hold multiple perspectives
 Distinguish between differences that matter from those that don’t
 Get clear about and focus on organizational requirements vs. personal preferences, traditions or conveniences
 Distinguish between intent and impact.

To maximize the impact of training and ensure learning transfer from classroom to daily work, our programs incorporate some or all of the following: pre-reading, assessments and measurements, in-class role-playing, action planning, comprehensive workbooks and on-line tools.
